Custom Order - Marbled Clay

PLEASE READ FULLY

This listing is for one standard sized pun pot in white clay with coloured clay marbling and one saying on it. Saying written in black.

*please note image shows a speckled white clay base, but this listing is for a plain white clay base*

Approx size: 8x8cm

You can choose any of the puns I have done, suggest one of your own, or something completely unrelated to plants/puns. Whatever you would like written into the clay, I can do, though there is a 7 word limit.

In 'NOTE TO SELLER' pls include:
1. the saying you choose
2. drainage hole or not (if left unanswered, I will include a drainage hole)
3. whether you'd like black or brown clay marbled through the white, or both.

Custom orders are, you guessed it, custom made especially for you. As such there are no refunds/returns or cancellations accepted on these orders. Once made, the pot cannot be altered. Each piece will be entirely handmade by me. As with all handmade items, small imperfections are to be expected - that's what makes them special.

Orders will be shipped within 6 weeks of ordering. Shipping time is additional.

SHIPPING
International parcels can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks. Domestic 1-2 weeks. You will be able to monitor it with your tracking number which will be sent to the nominated email address once shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY
While I take extreme care in packaging up the pots, once I post them their well-being is entirely out of my hands. I cannot accept responsibility for what happens to them during transit with Australia Post, and therefore ALL postage is at buyer's risk.
In the rare likelihood that something does break, it is the buyer’s responsibility to photograph all the items and the all the packaging and send these images to me. They will also need to take the items and all of the packaging to their local post office to fill out a form. Please alert me that you are doing this, and I will do the same on my end. Any compensation must come from AusPost, not me. This process can take several weeks.
All postage costs include a handling fee (for my time spent packaging them and the cost of packaging materials). This handling fee is non-refundable.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
